If nothing is selected in a document, and "Word Count" is selected from the
"Tools" menu, the "current selection" field is displayed, above the "entire
document" field no less. In this situation, only the "entire document" field
should be shown as the "current selection" field provides no usefull information.

SBA: It makes no sense to invest precious developer time in the present dialog
in order to make it "shrink to fit (the context = No selection). The outcome is
not worth it.
In issue 17964, a "full featured" for word count is in discussion. The fact that
the dialog must be changed on the way is a part of it. I therefore set this one
as duplicate.
