The attached doc file shows correctly in Word 2003, but Writer in Print Layout
mode cuts off text at page boundries and truncates the five page document to two
pages.

BTW, I have nothing to do with this document or the company that wrote it, so
don't hold it against me.  :-)

Problem here is that there are nested tables in the document, which Writer
currently is not able to handle correctly. This will be improved soon, see issue
25680.
