Issue: When creating a form for input into the customer table of a database, the 
application went to the word processor function, then the entire application 
hung and couldn't proceed.  After the application closed, with no specific error 
message, on subsequent starts of the database function, the program goes to 
"Start Recovery of Database" every time it opens and attempts to generate a 
crash report.
Specifics:
1.  I created a new database with default "New Database" name.
2.  I created a table named "Customers" using all available fields in the 
wizard.
3.  I created a form, using the wizard, with all available fields on the last 
stock template offered.
4.  The word processor opened and began to create the form.  It went beyond the 
blank page stage to beginning to create items, then hung.  The "wait" hand for 
the cursor continued to show over the page.
5.  I allowed the program to attempt to continue for about 5 minutes, while the 
Task Manager showed that the program was "not responding."  
6.  I finally used the Task Manager to close OO 2 Beta.
7.  I tried to open the OO 2 Beta word processor function, but the program went 
to "start recovery" for the database, and then to bug report (which crashed as 
documented in other bug reports), then opened the database.
8.  After the database opened, the form was not present, and I was successful in 
creating the form the second time using the same procedure.
9.  After exiting, I attempted to open the spreadsheet function, and the same 
procedure occurred as above, except that it eventually opened a spreadsheet.  
10.  This continued for five or six restarts of the program, then the problem 
disappeared.
