Customize-dialog -> Keyboard-page -> Category-listbox:

Open "OpenOffice.org"-branch. When Java runtime environment is disabled,
a dialog "Enable JRE" with buttons "Yes", "No" and "Cancel" will open. Choose
"No" or "Cancel" and this dialog will open several times without telling the
user why.
