Description boardquake 2005-04-16 04:38:25 UTC
Program crashes while saving. This happened with two different documents on two
different machines (both xp).
In the middle of saving the program crashes and I got the following:

runtime error
R6025
-pure virtual function call

I ended up each time with a zero file size and the contents were not recoverable.

Good thing I make backups!

Hey Max,

Been a fan since college.
Sorry I can't produce the documents - they are confidential. But I don't think
it was their fault, because I've worked with them since and haven't been able to
reproduce the problem. Obviously this doesn't give you much to work with.

boardquake, you can send sample document to mru@openoffice.org.
He is developer from SUN and will handle your document confidentially.
Comment 5 flibby05 2005-04-30 18:00:25 UTC
sorry, please send to es@openoffice.org.
Comment 6 flibby05 2005-05-09 19:36:07 UTC
set to NEW, because communication is now private between SUN and reporter. oooqa
cannot help anymore.
Comment 7 eric.savary 2005-05-10 01:27:21 UTC
"Nix da"! I received no more information from the reporter.
Setting to "NEW" means that you (as oooqa member) can confirm and (maybe)
explain a little bit more. The fact that you gave my address does not make the
problem reproducible.

So I set to INVALID/CLOSED, hopping that the reporter will attach a file and
that the issue will be set as unconfirmed again.
