Workaround: Forms>Edit, ungroup the Date Field, select the textfield, Right 
Click to open Control..., set in Tab 'General' item 'Date Format' (was set to 
'Standard(short)') acc. to your definition. 
 
Use HsqlDB Version OO2-1.9.93-1 on Linux 2.6.11.7

Hi,

I can reproduce this. The date format stored in the database field is not used
in the database form.

set target and send to the right developer.

CAN REPRODUCE  with Win NT OS and m95 release
