Its not possibe to work with Accessibility-Tools if the GTK Plugin under Gnome
are aktive.

MD: According to PL only the a11y tools part in the plugin have been disabled.
So theming etc. will still work.

Michael: since you are working on an atk accessibility bridge you'd want to know
this: the gtk plugin now strips "gail" and "atk-bridge" from GTK_MODULES before
initializing gtk. This can be disabled by defining HAVE_ATK_ACCESSIBILITY_BRIDGE
