Database forms cannot be used for printing form letters. It would be useful to 
either support this, or to have a tool that creates reports and form letters 
(containing the appropriate database fields) from the database form.

You can close this issue. The Sun report builder covers most of the requirements
besides what the Writer itself covers already.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
