In the "Save As" dialog the botton 3 lines are in german, not spanish ;-)

Las últimas 3 líneas del dialogo de "Guardar como" estan en alemán (o algo parecido)

I have installed a OOo m113 Spanish native packed, the strings are translated there

The Issue you raised has been marked as 'Resolved' and not updated within the
