Attached is a .doc file from word 2000.  When opened in OOo, an extra period
appears in front of numbers in levels three and four, i.e. '2.1 becomes '.2.1',
'3.1.1' becomes '.3.1.1'.  level 2 is unaffected, because it is just a plain number.

MRU->FLR: for the third and fourth outline level an additional trailing dor has
been imported erroneously.
