Description jjc 2005-04-30 07:50:18 UTC
When Calc loads an Excel spreadsheet that has a sheet name in Thai, all
combining characters in the sheet name are shown as underscores.

I don't think this is a duplicate of issue 6732 because Calc normally handles
Thai combining characters in sheet names just fine. It's only on import from
Excel that it has problems. (Note that Thai base characters are handled fine on
import from Excel.) It's quite different from the problem with dash in sheet
names. I would say this is clearly a defect not an enhancement. I just do not
see how it can be described as "sheet names limited by DOS naming convention".
