how to reproduce:
1) go to slides mode in Impress
2) close Task pane
3) Chose Insert>Duplicate Slide
=> the slide is duplicated (fine) and the Task Panel is revealed

The Task pane should not open when slides are duplicated.

Due to resource constraints I set the target to OOo Later.
