Insertion of a file that contain OLE objects  crashing the writer

Steps
------
1. Create   a 'test.odt' file  and insert an OLE object  to that
2. Open another file and try to insert  the 'test.odt'  file through
Insert-->File option
3. choose file type  as 'OpenDocument Text Template'
4. Pressc ' Ctrl+Z'

retarget this issue to OOo Later.
