OO.o 2.0 supports HWP (one of major Korean word processors) format but it is
limited to 3.0 version. However, OO.o implements simple detection service only.
And this causes some failuer for different version ( there was a report that
OO.o just showed blank screen in the case, see IZ 31091). Obviously, it is
better to show error message in such a case. This turns out that we need to
implement deep detection service. 

FYI, 3.0 format has initial ascii string, 'HWP Document File V3.00' as format
signature.
