I cant move a big image around on a page coz the whole image as to fit inside
the page boundaries.  It's not the case in MS Word.  See attachments.  May be
related to issue 25448.

Duplicate to issue 49026. Problem is, that a graphic cannot exceed page limits.
Thus it is moved to fit into the page size.
