The preview that is displayed in the Options window (section Writer > Changes)
does not refresh correctly when moving from "Background color" to another setting.

To reproduce:

1. Go to Tools > Options...
2. Select "OpenOffice.org Writer" then "Changes"
3. For any option, select the "Attributes" to "Background Color"
4. Select another option.

MRU->OS: in the "Changes" options, the "Background color" won't be erased when
switching backto another Attribute.
