Floating tool windows (such as the Navigator or the Stylist) have a closer in
the upper right corner (probably inherited from the OS).

Docked tool windows don't have such a closer, so you can only close them via
View|... or by pressing the keyboard shortcut which toggles it.

However, since we have the Page pane in Draw/Impress, there's an inconsistency:
Though this pane pretty much looks like a tool window (which it, strictly,
isn't, but anyway), only the task pane has such a closer, to quickly get rid of
the window.

Tool windows should support the Closer, too, for convenience and consistency.
