Defect description:
Loading of attached Microsoft Word document in SRC680m106 takes very long
compared to OOo 1.1.4 and the most of the linked graphics are lost.

Cause of the defect:
The resultion of the relative file address to the linked graphics is incorrect.
Instead of an absolute file address a http address is calculated. Thus, the
graphic is lost, because the address is incorrect. The long loading results by
trying to open the invalid http addresses.

As discussed with QA (MRU) Microsoft Word documents with linked graphics via
relative file address isn't the default case, this issue is target to 'OOo later'
