As a project manager, I find Microsoft Office Binder to be one of the best 
productivity tools offered by MS Office.  It allows me to navigate between a 
dozen documents, presentations or spreadsheets quickly and efficiently.  It 
contains the spread of numerous files and folders by holding all the 
documentation for a project in a single source.

Developing container functionality for OO, now that MS has dropped it, would 
be a big win.

Sending a bundle of files to someone else without the need to zip and to unzip
with a different utility.
Tabs are more convenient than different windows, so it should resemble the FF
tabs or those of a spreadsheet.

Hello

     Perhaps this thread has not been more popular is because "Binder" is not a well known feature among the OpenOffice User Community.  The only way that I got here from a Link given to me by Hagar Delest a Moderator on the OO Forum.  I had been having a discussion with Haga when he directed me here.   

     I have included a Link to that discussion here so that you can see what I was looking for and the Binder Feature is a part of that.

      I would really like to see this featured added to OpenOffice.
