We just took delivery of our new Word document templates ! So, naturally, I 
tried them in OO first  :-)

Three observations, this being the first.

In the middle of each page there should be a large graphic saying "Draft".

In OO this appears at the top of the page and hidden behind the main text.

Ordinarily it would simply be a case of anchoring the image to the page, but 
this option is not available.

Owen, thanks for posting this issue.

Please see issue 3988.  Word creates watermarks that are text boxes 
anchored to the header.  OOo only supports anchoring graphics to the 
header.
