click finish button when creating BASE form in wizard mode automatically close
any active OpenOffice program. had tested 3 times already with the same problem
error.
(1) PC = Intel P4, memory = 256MB SDRAM, OS = WinXP, OpenOffice 1.9.104 with
J2RE SE 1.4.2_05
(2) PC = Intel P4, memory = 256MB SDRAM, OS = WinXP, OpenOffice 1.9.104 with
J2RE SE 1.5.0_02
(3) notebook = AMD Mobile Athlon, memory = 640MB SDRAM, OS = WinXP, OpenOffice
1.9.104 with J2RE SE 1.5.0_02

I assume that your table has a TIMESTAMP field and that you have choose a layout
other that the grid, then it's a duplicate to issue 48763.

OO Build 1.9.122

I had Writer, Database and Help window open.  I created a sample database with 6
fields.  I then used Form Wizard database function to create a sample form. 
Form was created successfully.

Issue not confirmed.

no more info since some weeks and inquisword can't also not confirm this issuse.

I close this issue now as WORKSFORME

Feel free to reopen the issue, if you can provide more information how to
reproduce this issue.
