- open the attached document
- "Tools|Outline Numbering"
- On page "Numbering", for level "2", change the "Character Style" setting from
  "White" to "ChapterNumber"
- save the document
- reload the document
=> the setting is back to "White"

- this affects all levels I tried, not only 2
- also resetting the "Character Style" to "none" (instead of changing it to another
  style) does not help
- completely resetting the outline numbering (to "(none)"/"none") does not help,
either
- bug also happens in OpenOffice.org 1.1.x

(I took the freedom to set a target "2.0.1", even if the bug seems to be quite
old. Effectively, it seems users can't get rid of this setting once they used it
once.)
