The tables are incorrectly rendered with extra white space.  Also, the tick
boxes have disappeared.

I've tested with the build 1.9.m91 - the tables were stilled rendered
incorrectly, but the tick boxes were shown.

MRU->FLR: There are some obsolete rows imported at the beginningright below the
first row of the table.
