It is hard to gurantee that the creation of a database table with the database
tablewizard succeeds for really 100% in all cases.  In case of a failure this is
very likely to happen on appending the tabledescriptor ("appendByDescriptor")
via API. In this case the error message that contains the message of the
exception is not very informative, as it only contains the name of the new
database table.  According to FS the message text is under control of the
database application.
This bug is a followup to bug 52305 and can be exactly reproduced due to that
description in a m120
