Verified on Solaris Sparc only for now.

- When the BASIC-IDE is open the Accelerator (CTRL+E) is disabled in the edit-menu.
- Using the accelerator has no effect.

The Accelerator works ok in Textdocuments

ab->jsk: Really only in Spanish? Otherwise it could be a duplicate to i50481.
Please verify. And this is no P3 anyway...
