It is not at all user friendly to set and insert references. 
The dialog doesn't remember the last settings or the last position in the list
boxes.
Drag&Drop is not possible. 
Headings are not available as targets by default. 
Field shading looks ugly, and makes gray text unreadable. 
There is no Back button or command, so it is fatal to follow a link--> you'll
never come back easy. 
If the target is already visible, nothing seems to happen when you click a
reference link.
