Lines in OOdraw of 0,01cm 0,02cm and 0,03cm are nearly invisible after SVG
export. Lines of with 0,00cm and width greater than 0,03cm are correct. See
attached OOdraw file and exported SVG file.

Funnily, Issue 43483 cannot be found with the search keys "SVG export". Seems to
be a bug in the tracking system :-(
