Description helgekraak 2005-08-13 15:49:53 UTC
When you have a list box in a form and you enter the list entries manually while
the list entry type is set to SQL (without any SQL sequence typed in) you lose
the manually entered list entries after leaving the form edit mode and reopening
the form edit mode. This behaviour doesn't happen when you set the option "Value
list" instead of "SQL". Although this behaviour is contrary to the behaviour of
combo boxes (there you don't have the "value list" option and you can leave the
SQL option without anything happening as long as you don't type in a SQL
procedure) this wouldn't be such a big issue, but what irritates is that beside
the loss of the manually entered list box entries after leaving the form edit
mode the second time, you don't see the database column entries of this list box
field anymore when browsing between the datasets (I use HSQLDB attached to the
form via SQL in the form options). This seems to me to be a bug.
