Does it really make sense to have a component entry for every language project?
Wouldn't it be better to treat them as sub components of a language or
internationalization component?

The '*Testproduct' component is to test submitting and commenting on issues with
IssueTracker, and as such 'real' Issues may not be noticed by developers.
I'm changing the component and reassigning to progress the Issue.
