Description avagula 2005-08-15 16:44:13 UTC
How to replicate:
- create new docu
- write some text and apply some paragraph style to it
- in S&F window, select style, and Modify
- in Numbering tab, select numbering style and mark the field Number this paragraph
- close with ok

*paragraphs with modified style will be not numbered after closing dialog.*
numbering is applied only, when user turns numbering on with toolbar button or
applies some numbering style from List Styles.

This differs from behaviour described in Online Help:
"1.Choose Format - Styles and Formatting, and then click the Paragraph Styles icon.
2.Right-click the paragraph style that you want to apply numbering to, and then
choose Modify.
3.Click the Numbering tab.
4.In the Numbering Styles box, select the type of numbering that you want to use.
5.Click.
6.Apply the style to the paragraphs that you want to add numbering to."

btw, why we have two adjacent buttons in numbering toolbar - Numbering On/Off
and Numbering Off ???
