Document with table first created in OO 1.9.122 sent home and edited in Word
2000.  Back at work pages missing from table.  Open document in Word 2000 pages
there.  Open document in OO 1.4 pages there.  Defect with OO 1.9.122.

There is a problem with the "repeated heading rows" in the table. The whole
table is marked as "Repeated heading" (see in MS Word, table menu).
As a workaround in OpenOffice, go to the table's properties dialog and set the
"Repeat headings" from 40 to 1. This will correct it at first.

MRU->FL: When all rows of such a large table are marked as "Heading to be
repeated", Writer should also ignore the settings. This behaviour might be quite
more useful. I think, this can be solved for next release in connection with
issue 48421. Please decide. Thanks.
