- open the attached database document
- View|Objects|Tables, or left-click onto the "Tables" icon at the left hand side
=> nothing happens, in particular the "Tables" section is not selected

This seems to be because the database document is based on a spreadsheet
document, which does not exist.

Also, puzzling behavior occurs when trying to do a mail merge with such a data
source (an .odb connected to a missing spreadsheet).
