Very annoying issue, which contribute to harm Openoffice's reputation in
situations of work where commenting and reviewing documents is necessary.
Openoffice is seen like the source of the trouble, and looks like an uncomplete
or buggy software...

I think this issue must be fixed as soon as possible, because it confuses
everyone migrating from MS Office. Simply set color of highlighting to 'No fill'
if current color is the same as color selected in highlight tool

Reproduceable in 3.1.1 (Win XP)

Highlights can still only be removed by holding the mouse button down on the
highlight button and selecting "no fill". The icon on the button now shows that
"no fill" is the defaul action on the button.

The button should remove any highligths on selected text (defaul button action
is set to "no fill") but instead selected text is highligthed with the last
color used for highlighting.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".

It maybe trivial going by the votes but it's such a stupid little thing that is also extremely annoying...and I'm sure most people won't take the time to vote for the fix.

Please guys, move it up the ranks and get it done, it doesn't sound like a difficult thing.
