1) Open a new document in Writer or Calc.
2) Select 10.5 points for font size from the toolbar combo box (drop down)
3) The combo box UI displays 10 which is incorrect.

  Same thing also happens when typing in a font size (for example type 8.25). 
It may only be a UI issue, if you then look at the font size in the
Format|Character|  Font tab, the font size diplays more precisely (rounds to the
nearest tenth).
