each time I open the help window it doesn't remember it maximized status: it is
opened almost full screen but with a little part of ot outsideof the screen.
then I maximize it and close openoffice. next time I open the help window it is
still the same, not maximized. Ii think it should remember its size and if it is
maximized or not.

confirmed. Help Viewer should remember size and position between sessions

In fact, the help window should be maximized by default.
This part of the fix should be easier to implement and could be ready for the
next version of OOo.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
