After installing the m130 ja build above, I installed all .deb language packs from:
ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/SRC680_m130/Build-1/OOo_SRC680_m130_native_LinuxIntel_langpacks_deb/
When I go to Tools->Options->Language Settings->Languages, I could not find
Breton and Slovak language entries in the User Interface listbox.

I see "Slovensky" in Czech UI there.

Breton is not there, because it is fixed in one of er's cws. see #i48948#.
CWS name: locales201

I do not plan to introduce this change into my 2.0 builds because it affects
other languages.

Sorry.
sk and en-us language packs were not installed.

# dpkg -i --force-all openoffice.org-sk*
# dpkg -i --force-all openoffice.org-en-us*

After doing these, I see "Slovakian" in English UI there.
