try:

add layer in Impress drawing, put any figure into it, hide the layer 
-> name of layer gets nicely blue

save to *.odg document

open the file

the blue labelling is not present although the layer is hidden  !! 
 
change visibility to visible and then to unvisible
-> name of layer gets nicely blue again

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
