The HelpIds of old and new chart have partly the same ids but different long
names. To make sure that the new automatic tests and the documentation do map to
the correct new ids the ids from the old chart need to be removed.

In a first step the new chart just overwrites the hid files generated from the
sch module.

following changes were made:
chart2/inc/tmp_DeleteOldChartHids.hid: added file as empty hid list
chart2/prj/build.lst: added dependency from sch module
chart2/prj/d.lst: delivered file tmp_DeleteOldChartHids.hid to over chart hid files

In a second step this changes should be removed again when the sch module is
removed completely.
