When selecting a picture in CALC, an icon appears (it symbolizes an instrument 
to change the color of the selected image). The pop-up text that appears when 
the mouse is over this button is wrong (see attached screenshot for details)

Switch on extended tips under tools options OOo General.

The bug is still present in OOo 2.0 final.

We will not be able to fix that one until code freeze for 2.0.2 -> retargetted
to 3.0
