The testcase won't work, since the fired event doesn't influence the object in
question ... most likely moving one of the "tableboxes" in the QueryDesignView
will be an event that calls the EventListener.

Switch to the qa/unoapi directory of the module dbaccess
Just execute checkapi -o
dbaccess.ConnectionLineAccessibility::com::sun::star::accessibility::XAccessibleEventBroadcaster
-ini dbaccess.props to rebuild the behaviour.
