but hyphenation for Greek language is not listed by DicOOo.

The file is now listed and can be downloaded via DicOOo. I tried to test it by
copying some text from a web page to OOo, but no hyphens have been inserted
(but I don't speek Greek, so maybe I'm doing something wrong).

Could someone who is fluent in Greek please test this (i.e. remove your
hyphenation files if they were added manually and re-install using DicOOo,
then test hyphenation).

(Known bug: The README isn't automatically displayed after installation, this
is going to be fixed soon)

I have downloaded thg Greek Hyphenation file using DicOOo, I have tested it with
some Greek text and it inserts hyphens, so it works corectly.
