I am running oOO 2.0 RC3 on Windows XP SP2 when Initiating Send Email with 
Outlook which is the default email package the request launches Outlook fine, 
if I decide not to send the email by pressing Escape in Outlook oOO assumes 
that an error has occurred and suggests manually attaching the document and 
sending it. This would appear to be an incorrect evaluation of the situation
