When exporting the attached document, the bookmark "heading 2" appers upper to
"heading 1" in the pdf file. But "heading 2" is on page 6, and "heading 1" on
page 1!

HI->OD: Not a PDF-Issue. See navigator on bugdoc. It seems that frames are in
wrong order.
