when zoom is small (90% 1024x780 A4 )
in print layout view
page should be aligned at center

now it is aligned at left wich makes uneasy to look allways on the side of the 
screen and type at the center of the screen on my laptop
i have to move my had center down and then  to up front left
onsted of up and down between the creen and the keyboard

i thint it may be asosiated with rtl-Right to left layout and other program  
view options about ruller position
