It happen only ja & ja_JP.eucJP locale, not on ja_JP.UTF-8
& ja_JP.PCK locales.
please reproduce this on ja  or ja_JP.eucJP locale.

This seems to be a problem with the internal RTF filter

We will not be able to fix that one until code freeze for 2.0.2 -> retargetted
to 3.0

Could you be so kind to test it with a newer version of OOo than 2.0, and - if
