Please give a more detailed description next time. It is important that the
problem is described in a comment, and not only in the document so that one can
easily search for issues.

This problem is about writer not supporting multi-paragraph vertical (90°
rotated) text in table cells. It appears all would be in one single line, due to
different concepts.

A workaround is to replace the paragraph breaks by line-breaks or to insert a
text-box (drawing function) into the table cell (anchor as character) and rotate
that whole frame (using position and size dialog).
