Description christian.guenther 2005-11-01 18:44:10 UTC
- start an Impress / Draw and create an textbox
- Write some text into the textbox
- assign a shadow to the textbox (not to the text itself)
- the shadow should be assigned to the text itself.
we also need the feature for the PPT interoperability

Why? If I want a shadow on the box, I want no shadow to the characters, because
it looks ugly to me. And if I set shadows to the characters, that should not
affect the style of the box.

In my mind this feature could work in this way.

When the textbox is invisible and has no border the shadow should assigned to
the text.
If the textbox is visible and / or has a border the shadow should assigned to
the textbox itself.

AW: Working on this one for SO9.
Comment 4 Armin Le Grand 2007-04-23 12:22:15 UTC
AW: This will be done with primitives. Setting marker.
Comment 5 Armin Le Grand 2008-10-07 11:23:53 UTC
AW: Fixed with aw033 (primitives) since DEV300 m30. Shadow is now genericaly
generated and all graphical objects will have a shadow relative to it, reusing
the same geometry (as it always should have been).
