I would find it useful to be able to select cells in a spreadsheet, and divide
the contents into multiple cells using the same dialogue which appears when
opening a .csv file.  This would be similar to Excel's Text-to-Columns feature.

While I have read that there are macros which could accomplish this, I would
prefer a built-in feature.  Since the functionality is already part of OOo,
there just needs to be a way to use it on data in an open file.
