see testcase. save as msword 97/2000/xp, reopen.

outline numbering is pretty damaged :
in outline properties, 'after' has moved to 'before'. in the document itself, 
this change is reflected only in first 5 entries. if latter entries are 
reformatted to the heading 3 style, they also exchange after/before (and turns 
out correctly displayed ones are not taken into account when numerating items)

confirmed on Windows XP SP2 with OOo-dev 2.0.139; open attached file, save it 
as doc and reopen it. See the dots exchanged in the first 5 items. See also 
other comment from reporter.
