Hi,

currently the Header and Footer dialogue is placed under View. Why isn't it 
placed as a tab of the Format Page properties? (I just see that it is 
accessible from the Insert menu as well; good)

I came across this issue while searching. I think it's resolved in 2.0.1
(In the Format > Page... dialog, there IS a tab for formatting footer)
